This committee is responsible for making arrangements for Suanhacky Lodge's Annual Banquet, including the location, meal arrangements and program.

The Finance Committee is responsible for the Lodge's budget, all cash allocations, financial record keeping and event auditing. All lodge committee, chapter and event budgets are under the supervision of this committee.

This committee is responsible for mailing the Suanhacky Stag and maintaining the bulk mail account with the US Postal Service.

This committee is responsible for keeping the Lodge's membership database up-to-date, to analyze the membership and for the collection of Lodge dues, to provide labels for Lodge officers and Chapters and to compile and distribute reports as necessary.

This committee is responsible for all duties pertaining to the National Order of the Arrow Committee, including dates, forms, transportation, logistics, publicity to lodge members and fund raising for events such as NOAC, OA High Adventure, Indian Summer and ArrowCorp5. It is responsible to represent Suanhacky Lodge at the eventand to report back all pertinent information received. Also responsible for working with the Lodge Chief to promote the Section Conclave.

This committee is responsible for all of the lodge's written communications with its members, including the publication and distribution of the Suanhacky Stag.

The Resale Committee is responsible for the purchase and sale of all National Order of the Arrow items, as well as any merchandise sold by the lodge. Resale is to be available at all lodge events and functions.

This committee is responsible for the nominations of brothers to Lodge Officer positions. The chairman is responsible for the calling of nominations in accordance with the Lodge by-laws. It is responsible for the collection and tabulations of Officer Elections. It is also responsible for maintaining the by-laws of the Lodge and keeping of any amendments made by the Lodge Executive Board.

This committee is responsible for the Lodge Leadership Development course and all training at Lodge events. It is also responsible for running the Lodge Conclave, including program and training session planning, venue for weekend and meals.

This committee is responsible for maintaining the Lodge Website and to keep the website up-to-date and pertinent. To maintain a current and accurate e-mail system for the Lodge as well as the e-mail system (Suanhacky.org) for the Executive Board.
