This committee coordinates all activities pertaining to the Brotherhood Quest of the Lodge and the chapters. It is responsible for notifying all eligible Ordeal members of the requirements for sealing their Brotherhood membership, upcoming Brotherhood dates and to make sure there are sufficient opportunities available for all Ordeal members to seal their membership.

This committee is responsible for the nominations and selection of recipients of the Founder's Award in accordance with the National OA Committee guidelines and to have the award ready to present at the annual Lodge banquet.

This committee is responsible for making sure that all Ritual Teams maintain the standards set by the National Order of the Arrow Committee and set the proper spiritual atmosphere of those being inducted, sealing their Brotherhood or being recognized with the Vigil Honor, or any other ceremonies required To maintain this standard all Ritual Teams should be certified by qualified individuals at least two weeks prior to performing any ceremony. It is also responsible for maintaining a list of all qualified ritualist to serve on the Lodge or chapter teams, to maintain any lodge regalia. To oversea and approve any ceremonies being performed in the name of Suanhacky Lodge or the Chapters. To uphold the standards of any dance teams, making sure that they follow the guidelines of the National OA Committee and the regulations pertaining to these groups, showing proper respect to the Native American culture.

This committee is responsible for providing opportunities for those elected into the Order of the Arrow to complete their Ordeal. It has the overall responsibility for Honors Weekend It runs all parts of the weekend and works in conjunction with Unit Elections, Brotherhood, Vigil, Membership, Finance, Service, Rules and Nominations, Shows and any other committee necessary to make this a successful weekend. It is also responsible for planning the Fall Ordeal, to assist with the Summer Ordeal.

This committee is responsible to oversee the election process by the chapters. It collects and compiles a roster of those elected and presents it to the Lodge Executive Board It is also responsible for making certain that every Boy Scout Troop desiring one has an election date scheduled and conducted in a suitable manner, and that all information is accurately provided to each unit.

The Vigil Honor committee is responsible for all activities regarding the Vigil Honor in Suanhacky Lodge. These include planning and running the Vigil Honor Selection meeting, naming meeting and the vigil ceremonies and tap out at honors weekend. The vigil committee consists of all youth vigil members in the lodge. The lodge chief serves as Vigil Honor chairman if he is qualified and chooses to do so.
